Last week was great fun, but I'm super super super excited for this weekend in Stanley Park. Make sure you enter our contest! (details here). And on top of that there is even more great things happening:
THIS WEEK IN MUSIC: starts tonight at the Biltmore - Then & Now: a fundraiser for Megaphone Magazine put on by beekeeper! Ten artists, each playing two songs, one old and one new! (I'm doing an Awkward Family Portrait photo booth...make sure you're there!). Musical Nooners at the CBC continue this week, check out Tough Lovers on Thursday afternoon. Friday at Jack Poole Plaza, Headwater plays a free show at 12:30pm, and in the evening, check out Dear Rouge, The Oceanographers, and Stef Lang at The Cellar! And finally, get over to Stanley Park on Saturday and Sunday for the 125th Birthday celebrations with free music by both local and national bands!
