THIS WEEK IN MUSIC: starts tonight at the Biltmore for a show held in the honour of Savannah Wellman (of VIAindie fav Redbird) - ft Willhorse, Rolla Olak, The Wild North, and Johnny 99. Happy Birthday Sav! - On Thursday start your night with the Harpoonist & The Axe Murderer's Toque Session at the CBC, and then follow it up with the Bruce Springsteen tribute night at the Biltmore. Friday (happy valentimes!) marks the start of another year of Winterruption on Granville Island. There is lots of music and food events happening including We Are The City on Friday, and Wake Owl on Saturday. Also on Saturday is the latest instalment of Rain City Chronicles - ft musical guest The Kingsgate Chorus. Have an olympic-sized week!
