Free outdoor movies are back in action outside Vancouver Art Gallery!

Hosted by the Downtown Vancouver BIA from July 3 to August 21, Summer Movie Nights is a unique opportunity for the city to come together to enjoy some popcorn and lighthearted movies as a big ol’ civic family.

The next movie to be screened is Paddington!

Based on the best-selling books, Paddington follows a young bear who makes his way to England in search of a new home after a deadly earthquake destroys his home in the Peruvian rainforest. There's action, there's adventure, there's heart-warming family moments and of course, there's an adorable bear in an adorable red hat!

The screening will also feature popcorn, food trucks (Mom's Grilled Cheese and Henry's Hip Eats), plus LED light-up swings, GIANT Jenga and Connect 4 games and a few surprises for attendees that show up early.

The screening takes place Wednesday, July 24th at 9:00pm at the North Plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery (šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square). The event is FREE and accessible for everyone.
