The Vancouver International Travel Expo is booking some time with another expo this year.
The eighth annual convention on all things international travel is combining forces with the Vancouver Wedding and Honeymoon Expo to create one of the biggest such events in the city.
The two expos are organized by the same group, and are now planned for the same day, Sept. 20, 2025, and the same place (the Vancouver Convention Centre).
The travel expo is bringing a variety of international travel experts and organizations, including airlines, national consulates and tourism associations to help organize and advertise to local travellers looking for a new destination.
At the same time, the wedding expo will have more than 200 exhibitors covering a variety of pieces for a wedding ceremony, including venues, favours, caterers and cake makers.
Honeymoons fit in between the two different subjects nicely.
