The Cheaper Show #9 happens June 26th! In case you're unfamiliar, here's the deal: 200 artists. 400 pieces of art. $200 each.

To gear you up for it, in the coming days leading up to the show we're bringing you a virtual two four of artists who have work in The Cheaper Show #9.

Artist 11 is Collin Johanson.

The Cheaper Show #9 happens June 26th! In case you're unfamiliar, here's the deal:

Collin Johanson graduated with a BFA from Emily Carr in 2004 and is currently living and working in Vancouver.

Johanson was a semi finalist in the RBC Painting competition with his painting Chilly Down which was widely exhibited across Canada and was the recipient of the Visual Arts Development Award, Vancouver Foundation/ Contemporary Art Gallery.

His work has appeared in solo shows as one fifth of the Vancouver based drawing collective, The Lions and in numerous group shows including Pulp Fiction and Anyone Got Wood?
