Several locals spotted Uma Thurman on a busy film set in downtown Vancouver last weekend.
The Kill Bill star was spotted on the set of the Old Guard 2, which filmed scenes in the city's downtown core on Oct. 16 and through the weekend.
The film is the second instalment of the Old Guard franchise, which follows a group of immortal mercenaries who protect the world. In the first film they're hunted by a pharmaceutical company due to their ability. The first film, which was based on a comic book, ended with a tease of another film.
The film stars another Hollywood A-lister, Charlize Theron, who has also been spotted in the city.
Some scenes were filmed at the Holy Rosary Cathedral on Richards Street near Dunsmuir Street.

Adam Davies shared a picture of himself posing with Thurman on Sunday, Oct. 20. The actress wore a long puffer jacket and brown shoes and pants with an olive shirt (see slide two).
A New Westminster resident who works in film and often shares photos of celebrities on set also captured some images of the Pulp Fiction star strolling and sipping a coffee (see slides three and four).
He described meeting Thurman as "one of several highlights of the day."
