Every month we feature a kitty or two who are looking for their forever home. Today we have two adoptable black kitties just in time for Halloween cuddles from VOKRA and Katie's Place!

 

Katie’s Place is a volunteer-run no-kill animal shelter in Maple Ridge.

Two principals guide them: all life is valuable, and we are responsible for improving the quality of life for all those in our care.They make no judgment on whose life is worth rescuing; the sick, elderly and homely are as precious as the healthy, young and attractive.

Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association (VOKRA) is a no-kill, non-profit, registered charity dedicated to the rescue of cats in the Lower Mainland that is run entirely by volunteers with no paid staff....VOKRA does not have a shelter; they provide over 100 individual foster homes. In a home environment, cats are safe and well socialized, with lots of love and attention.

Big soft Bijou has been bounced from home to home to shelter since 2005, so she is very experienced and will help you brew your potions with the utmost care. She is more than happy to team up with other cats to haunt your mansion to its fullest.

Froggy is a quiet little ghost at only 1.5 years old who would love to be adopted to a family with another feline spookmate. She will float around your home silently until you stir her with some trick-or-treats!
