A television commercial will be filmed in a popular Vancouver park this week.
Production company Scouts Honour Inc. will film dialogue scenes of actors on a swing set in Hinge Park on Wednesday, June 25, from 8 p.m. until 2 a.m. on Thursday.
The resident notification letter notes filming doesn't include special visual effects or loud noises, although the "area may appear brighter than usual."
On-site production contact Cian Lalor told V.I.A. the commercial is for Kay Jewelers, an American jewelry company.
The filming will include temporary "no stopping" zones from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. on the west side of the 1500-block of Columbia Street from Athletes Way to Walter Hardwick Avenue.
Intermittent pedestrian and bike lane control may be required for safety for up to three minutes while filming.
Sherwin Sowy shared the filming notification to X, formerly Twitter, on June 20.
