The popular TV show Supergirl filmed its finale in Downtown Vancouver over the weekend and locals took to social media to share images and videos of the set.
Supergirl is an American TV show based on the DC Comics character of the same name. The show, which airs Tuesdays on the CW, was filming its final season in the city.
A Vancouverite took to Twitter on Saturday (July 31) to share videos of lead actress Melissa Benoist in full costume speaking to the cast. A third video shows the cast coming together for a fight scene as well as "regular people" following them.
He also shared a couple of images of the full cast standing together in costume.
"The end of the big fight and the celebration after."
Another Supergirl fan shared a video taken after a fight scene where the actors warmly embrace each other after the cameras stop rolling. They comment, "The end of the big fight and the celebration after. Everyone happy and hugging."

Another local several shared close-up photos of the cast, too.
In April, Vancouverites also shared exciting photos and videos from the superhero set.
