Writing as blood sport + Ticket Giveaway

Readings get rowdy at Literary Death Match, a competitive, hilarious reading series based out of New York. They are hopping the border and picked our beloved Vancouver as their first Canadian stop.

Readings get rowdy at Literary Death Match, a competitive, hilarious reading series based out of New York. They are hopping the border and picked our beloved Vancouver as their first Canadian stop. On Friday, October 8th at the W2 Storyeum (151 West Cordova) watch writers Nikki Reimer, Charlie Demers, Steve Burgess and Sara Bynoe battle each other in front of a panel of judges -  Talent Time host Paul Anthony, actor and comedienne Diana Frances, and our very own Bob Kronbauer.

Make your library card proud. Come cheer on your favourite writer and Vancouver's ever growing literary scene!

Doors open at 7 pm and you can get your tickets right here. We've also got two tickets to giveaway! To enter tell us your literary match-up fantasy in the comments below. We will pick the winner Friday at 12:00pm.

For more visit Books On The Radio and read this piece in the Vancouver Courier.

And a shout out to Nick Fabin for this killer poster!
