Bufala Edgemont has, as the name suggests, set up shop in Edgemont Village, and they officially opened their doors on November 20.

The Gooseneck Hospitality (Wildebeest, Bells and Whistles, Lucky Taco) restaurant will be serving lunch and dinner seven days a week and weekend brunch in a 3,300-square foot dining room with seating for 160.

In addition to the Napolitana-style pizza you know and love from Bufala in Kerrisdale, Bufala Edgemont is dishing up much more, including rustic Italian-style pasta, mains, appetizers, salads, and side dishes. They have a drinks program that includes classic and contemporary cocktails, a variety of wines, and local craft brews.

Bufala Edgemont is open at 4 p.m. during weekdays and from 11:30 a.m. on the weekends, with early and late happy hours seven days a week. Lunch and weekend brunch services will follow in the near future.
