The Pizza Garden on Commercial Drive will be shut down for a little while.
How long is unclear, but the pizza spot was the site of a fire Thursday morning, Sept. 4.
The fire at 1042 Commercial Dr. occurred around 9:30 a.m. The fire blocked off Commercial Drive for a couple of hours, affecting bus routes and commuters.
Vancouver Fire Rescue Services note in a social media post no one was injured.
It appears the popular Lunch Lady restaurant, which is located in the neighbouring building, wasn't affected by the fire.
