I took a tour of my new neighbours place in The Village on False Creek last week. Slated to open in October, Craft Beer Market will not only boast 140 taps (more than any other establishment in all of Canada!) but their menu will also be Oceanwise certified. If you've been following OUR SERIES where we've partnered with the Vancouver Aquarium you can assume that we'll be featuring Craft's chef in the coming months, and you'll be assuming correctly. Also, if you're assuming they're hiring a boatload of people to staff this gigantic operation in the historical Salt Building, you're also correct. Head down to their HIRING FAIR this Saturday if you're keen.
