Not being so much a regular to the hood, I look forward to coming out to Main Street. The size of the Main Street restaurants is something I like for starters. I checked out Latitude for this past Valentine's Day...nice feel, size and vibe wise. The team behind Latitude apparently used to run the Rain Coast Cafe in Tofino and have taken the fresh west coast element with them to Main street. I usually like to venture beyond "Pacific North West" type dining when going for eats but I dug the meal here from the BC seafood to the Latin fair. Their wine list also continues the West Coast/BC to South American offerings....one day I'll develop a taste for that.
