Today is a day to drink Coronas with lime and hit up your favourite casa of Mexican food. If I spoke Spanish I'd write something appropriately charming, but I don't. Qué será, será.
La Taqueria is my local Mexican joint of late. What you see here is a plate of delicious carnitas quesadillas, complete with melted cheese inside. At $5.50 for three, this is a sweet deal. How do you say that in Spanish?
