Over the past few weeks my family has been picking up a weekly box of organics from the small Mount Pleasant market knows as le Marché St. George. As we were digging into this week's trove of organic goodness a personified root vegetable popped his head out from behind a pile of potatoes. Yeeps! A human parsnip!
