We might be shivering under our covers over night in Metro Vancouver lately, but that doesn't mean we can't still enjoy some awesome locally-made ice cream.
To perk up your fall, Vancouver's Earnest Ice Cream has been brewing up some clever new flavours, all inspired by some of the city's most beloved neighbourhood coffee shops.

Earnest came up with four flavours, and one will be featured at each of their four Metro Vancouver scoop shops:
- Matchstick Espresso - Fraser St
- Elysian Cold Brew - Quebec St
- Agro Coffee Cake Sammie - Frances St
- Moja Almond Mylk Latte (Vegan) - North Vancouver
What's so lovely about these flavours is that Earnest teamed up with coffee roasters who have locations of their own in proximity to where each of the ice creams is available. This collaborative spirit is the ultimate in neighbourliness, and makes it easy for coffee fans to support two businesses in the 'hood.

So if you happen to love the Coffee Cake ice cream sandwich Earnest is making on Frances Street with Agro coffee, you are just steps away from Agro on Clark, where you can get a cup of hot coffee or some beans to enjoy at home.
These coffee ice cream creations are not the only collabs Earnest is rocking this season. For October you can find flavours like an East Van Roasters Ghost Chocolate and a Sons of Vancouver Amaretto, along with seasonal scoops and jars of Apple Pie; Oatmeal Brown Sugar; Vegan Cherry Chip; and Vegan Cardamom Sugar Cookie.
