Vancouver's The Pie Hole opens new Kitsilano shop

The doors are open and the pies are coming out of the oven!
The Pie Hole has relocated its Kitsilano storefront from West 4th Avenue to a new shop on West Broadway.

The move has been made and the pies are coming out of the oven as of this past weekend as The Pie Hole completed its relocation to a new storefront in Kitsilano.

The doors to 2959 W Broadway were officially opened to the public on Sunday, April 21, just five and a half weeks since owner Jenell Parsons and her team locked up for good at The Pie Hole's previous location on West 4th Avenue.

The Pie Hole closed its original Kits shop on March 14 (Pi Day) after the lease was terminated last fall and Parsons learned she had to exit the property before the end of March 2024. The shop opened in 2019

The new Kits Pie Hole takes over the former Vancouver location of seafood shop Fresh Ideas Start Here (F.I.S.H.).

The interior features a large mural reading "Eat Pie" done in the style of a retro roadside diner sign that Parsons hand-painted

Parsons took her Pie Hole venture from a farmers' market operation to its first brick-and-mortar shop on Vancouver's Fraser Street in 2017. The brand has enjoyed tremendous success, with the bakery even being featured on an episode of TV's beloved Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives

The Pie Hole is beloved for its signature pies like Bacon Cheeseburger, Fat Elvis, Earl Grey Cream, Maple French Toast & Bacon, Mac & Cheese, "To Die For" Banana, classic Apple, and more, as well as their awesome holiday and seasonal specials, like pie sundaes.

In addition to the new Kitsilano shop, The Pie Hole has locations in Burnaby (on the New West border) and one in Langley.
