A multi-vehicle pile-up early Wednesday morning woke up residents in an area of north Richmond.
The four cars, spotted by a resident, were on top of each other on River Drive near No. 4 Road at around 5:30 a.m.
According to a Richmond resident, who contacted the Richmond News, the accident happened right in front of his home.
The witness said he saw the driver of a white truck jump out and run away after the crash.
In photos and a video, two fire trucks and a Richmond RCMP vehicle were at the scene.
