Photos: Step inside Seth Rogen's newly listed, multi-million dollar Vancouver penthouse

It features nearly 12-foot ceilings and a rooftop patio with "panoramic city views."

Seth Rogen is selling his Vancouver penthouse - and the price tag might surprise you.

While the Vancouver-born funnyman's newly listed abode will still put buyers back over a couple of million dollars, that's a far cry from some of the other lavish dwellings in and around the region.

A luxury mansion in West Vancouver called the "White House" - it truly resembles the Washington D.C. one - was recently listed at a staggering $17.8 million; it was previously rented out by other A-list celebrities, including Jennifer Lopez and Sandra Bullock.

Similarly, an 8,000-square-foot penthouse located at the top of Hotel Georgia's 48-storey tower was listed for an eye-watering $24 million in April 2023.

Rogen's Yaletown Penthouse at PH2 1178 Hamilton Street is smaller than the aforementioned, downtown dwelling, clocking in at a more modest 1,463 square feet. But it features nearly 12-foot ceilings and a 377-square-foot rooftop patio with "panoramic city views" and space to entertain or relax.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse is located in The Hamilton, which is described as a "heritage gem" in the city's Yaletown neighbourhood. It has original exposed brick and timber beams that blend its "historical charm" with modern, luxury features including Viking appliances, a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a dual waterfall shower, and a 12-foot kitchen island. There is also a "spacious" walk-in closet for fashionistas, according to the MLS listing.

The penthouse price also includes one parking space and a storage locker in the building. It was built in 1996, making it 28 years old.

Rogen is asking $2,299,800 for the penthouse, which is listed for sale by the Patti Martin Real Estate Group and Adina Dragasanu.
