A unique house has hit the real estate market in B.C.'s interior.

Inside the observatory is a 16-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope, a serious piece of astronomical observing equipment.

As the original owners were very much interested in technology, it's been outfitted with a variety of gadgets, including a commercial-grade water system, automated security gates, and GPS-controlled clocks.
At the same time, there's an octagonal library/office with rolling ladders.
The property steers into both parts of its name, too, with a fenced in area for farm fowl (your turkeys, chickens, etc.), and space for other animals.
There's also a separate building currently used as an office of sorts, with a reception area, conference room, and "laboratory" according to the listing.
