YVR Vertical Garden

YVR Vertical Garden

I don't know if it is the airport or transit that is responsible, but this vertical garden was amazing to see at night time. The whole wall is living. It is one of the walls of the new Canada Line stop at YVR. No skunks living in it, yet.
FROM THE VANCOUVER PARK BOARD

Time lapse Vancouver weather!

July 25th had the gnarliest weather in Vancouver I've seen in ages. It was great! This time lapse was taken the day of the big ol thunder and lightning storm, and I guess, it's little baby brother, the fireworks... (ignore the music in the video...
GOLFING AT QUEEN ELIZABETH PARK

GOLFING AT QUEEN ELIZABETH PARK

I went and played a round with our former golf editor, Kelly Litz, last night. It was no surprise to either of us that I lost, but this dent in the green that I made from the tee was pretty shocking.
