BASIC CABLE JUST GOT BETTER!

I'm guessing most of you rather have 200 or 0 channels. Being the indecisive person I am, I have what is known as 'basic cable', I'm somewhere in the middle. It's the 'why bother' of cable packages.

I'm guessing most of you rather have 200 or 0 channels.  Being the indecisive person I am, I have what is known as 'basic cable', I'm somewhere in the middle.  It's the 'why bother' of cable packages.  This is the package your parents might have had when they first got married.  It's not very good, 2-28.   I find myself  watching design shows where they only have a budget to paint a wall.  I find myself on a regular basis asking myself, 'how many shows do the Shopping Bags have?'.  You do get Sportsnet, which shows most of the Canucks games, which is why I chose this package.  Every now and then though, there's a game on TSN, and instead of just getting out there and watching it at one of Vancouver's many fine establishments... I choose to just suffer....

I spent most of the Olympics at my house glued to the TV, I wasn't getting in the middle of those crowds.  I'm stoked you did though, I knew you'd like it, and that's why I voted for it.  Obviously there was tons of coverage, and I lost track of which channel I was watching.  Until up in the screen, in the corner, I saw 'TSN'.  I thought it was just something temporary for the Olympics, but it's not.  It's here to stay!  I get it all...from Cuthbert and Ferraro ,to Macguire talking about what the players look like with their shirts off.

I know when Crosby scored that goal, it felt like we all won. I still feel that way, and I hope it never goes away.  If it does though, I know I'll be able to turn to channel 23 and feel like I've won something.

Not sure if you've seen this.....
