The Vancouver weather forecast calls for rain on Tuesday, January 22, but the skies are expected to clear for the weekend.

Starting on Tuesday, the forecast calls for periods of rain or drizzle with a high of four. On Wednesday, the forecast predicts that the temperature will rise to a high of eight degrees during the day, with a low of five degrees overnight. In addition, Wednesday night's forecast calls cloudy periods, rather than rainfall.

Thursday is also expected to be cloudy with a high of eight degrees during the day and a low of four degrees overnight.

Following this, however, Friday's forecast calls for bright, sunny skies and a high of seven degrees. Due to the clear skies the temperature will fall to two degrees overnight, but Saturday is expected to see a high of seven with bright sunshine.

Sunday's forecast calls for a mix of sun and cloud with a high of nine degrees, and Monday calls for the same.

What's more, it looks like the Lower Mainland will see some fairly mild temperatures for the remainder of winter, even though the province set an impressive 18 record lows in early October.
