Part 1 of the "Making The Mag" series on Push.ca/skateboarding shed some light on Concrete Skateboarding 's Issue 100 cover.

The Regional Assembly of Text is a wonderful little shop on Main Street that sells great stationary, cards, t-shirts, and well considered objects. In their back counter is a series of drawers where they have different local artists do installations.

Over the past 11 years, Ross Macmillan took pieces of... well, old machinery and stuff... stuff that would end up as trash or sitting somewhere being unused collecting rust, and turned it into furniture, housewares and pieces of art.

Concrete Skateboarding is locally based, and is Canada's original skate mag that's just released its 100th issue. It can be found in skateshops and newsstands across the country.

The good dudes at Basement sent an e-mail to let us know that they now have size smalls in all of their designs available for sale online. Seeing as they're contributors to the blog I figured I'd beat them to posting this one...

V.I.A. Imprint is an ongoing feature concerning book and magazine publishers, book stores, and all things print in this city of ours. Pyramid Power is a relatively new arts magazine created here in Vancouver.

I went to the Arc'teryx office in North Van this week for a visit and found... A jam packed bike room! They take Bike To Work Week pretty seriously over there. Also, completely unrelated, I found this awesome sticker on their door:
