Ryan Reynolds shared a touching tribute to a Canadian legend.
The Vancouver-born actor gave a nod to Terry Fox while wearing a shirt dedicated to the icon.
"I've been taking part in the Terry Fox Run since second grade and can't think of a more enduring and lovely legacy for one person," he says in a social media post on Feb. 18. "Terry Fox inspired millions in life and death."
Last year, the Terry Fox Foundation recruited various Canadian stars such as Michael Bublé, Sidney Crosby, and Rachel McAdams, for a celebrity-studded campaign. This year, the Terry Fox Run takes place on Sept. 17.
Scouts Canada also named both Reynolds and Fox among Canada's most "Scout badge-worthy" celebrities for 2022.
