To gear you up for it, in the coming days leading up to the show we're bringing you a virtual two four of artists who have work in The Cheaper Show #9.

Artist 4 is Nathalee Paolinelli.

		The Cheaper Show #9 happens June 26th! In case you're unfamiliar, here's the deal:

"My practice is studio-based and is focused on abstract drawing painting and sculpture. I typically work with invented formal systems that on the surface might appear to operate within a typical abstract modernist vocabulary. However, my practice is not based on a simple recycling, or straight conformation, of tropes. It is not meant to be a mock-heroic or nihilistic approach. Rather, I think of it as a playful and critical record of what might no longer be possible, but somehow is, a double bind of sorts where despite the odds I rethink color, composition and intent."
