The winners of our Nike SB giveaway

A couple weeks ago I made THIS post about the pair of Nike SBs I designed that I was giving away, asking people to recycle their shoes as a part of Nike's Reuse-A-Shoe program to be entered.

A couple weeks ago I made THIS post about the pair of Nike SBs I designed that I was giving away, asking people to recycle their shoes as a part of Nike's Reuse-A-Shoe program to be entered. I must be honest, I was only expecting a couple of entries at the most because our simple "leave a comment in the blog" giveaways have been doing a lot better than our "go out and do something that takes quite a bit of time and effort" contests, for obvious reasons. I was pleasantly surprised that ten people got their butts down to Nike store locations around town and dropped of their used sneakers to be recycled into a playing surface somewhere in Vancouver. I wish I had ten pairs of these shoes to give away but, alas, two will have to do.
