Dean Dahl from Skate Life just contacted me through the VIA site regarding the 2nd annual "Hockey Night with Skate Life" charity game on Sunday, March 22nd.
"The event is a charity hockey game to raise money for creating more programs and places for skaters across Western Canada. The game is played by skaters in Metro Vancity who can play hockey—last year the 20 players included Kevin Harris, and the Newline Skateparks crew. Our goal this year is to raise $5000. Anyone with any hockey ability can play. We provide jerseys, goalies, and refs for the game. Before the game is an open family skate."—Dean Dahl
