A new all-day breakfast spot is getting ready to make its debut - albeit in a limited capacity - in Vancouver.

Brunch Vancouver, which has moved into the former Twisted Fork Bistro space at 1147 Granville Street, will open for business on Monday, May 4.

The family-run business has its roots in Mexican flavours, and they hope to create a space that is cozy and welcoming for customers to enjoy their eats.

As no dining room service is permitted currently due to the COVID-19 crisis, Brunch Vancouver will launch their business with take-out and delivery options only.

Their small launch menu focuses on sandwiches, with a steak and veggie option, as well as a scrambled egg breakfast sandwich. Brunch Vancouver is also planning to serve muffins, coffee, and molletes - grilled cheese and refried beans on ciabatta roll with pico de gallo.

Ordering for pick-up at the restaurant will be available, as will be delivery via Skip The Dishes and UberEats.
