Dine Out Vancouver returns for 17 days in early 2023, featuring hundreds of restaurants offering special menus and exciting food and drink programming.

Now in its 21st year, Dine Out Vancouver will return in January 2023 with its always-impressive roster of restaurants offering fixed-price meals and additional programming for food lovers.

The festival has revealed Dine Out Vancouver will take place from Jan. 20 to Feb. 5, 2023.

Organized by Destination Vancouver and designed to give locals and visitors alike an abundance of opportunities to explore the city's diverse and exciting food scene during a typically quieter time of year, Dine Out is a great way to revisit old favourites and try new restaurants.

Set menus will be offered for DOV 2023 at three price ranges: $20-$34, $35-$50, or $54-$64.

Typically about 300 Metro Vancouver restaurants take part, offering special Dine Out menus at set price points and other delicious options for diners. Additionally, special pairing dinners; wine, beer, and spirit tastings; and fun events like the popular Street Food City featuring local food trucks round out the 17-day celebration of all things delicious in Vancouver. Street Food City will take place January 21 to 29 outside the Vancouver Art Gallery.

Among the events planned include The Vancouver World Chef Exchange, which will take place at a selection of Vancouver’s newly awarded Michelin Star restaurants. They'll host "culinary luminaries from different destinations for a one-of-a-kind dinner," according to organizers.

Other events and experiences include things like gelato-making workshops, dumpling-making classes, long-table dinners with The Paella Guys, a "sea foraging" trip, beer and wine gatherings, and much more. Tickets are on sale now.

"Dine Out Vancouver Festival is about community, collaboration, and sharing Vancouver’s culinary story with the world," describes the event.

We can expect to see a full list of participating restaurants and their menus on Jan. 11, 2023.
