One of the highlights of this year’s Dine Out Vancouver Festival running from January 15th to 31st, 2016 is the World Chef Exchange. Five top Vancouver restaurants are hosting chefs from Sydney, Puerto Vallarta, Los Angeles, New York and Copenhagen respectively. These special dinners have two chefs both trying to impress each other in the kitchen and guests are sure to be wowed. West Restaurant & Australia's Marque Restaurant.

G'day from down under. Chef Quang Dang hosts Mark Best, the executive chef and owner of Marque restaurant, chosen as one of the World's 50 Best Restaurants. A fun wine twist to the evening, Vancouver chef Dang's dishes will be paired with Australian wines while Sydney chef Best's dishes will be paired with local BC wines. For wine-lovers, this collaborative dinner is not to be missed.

Wildebeest Restaurant & America's Luksus Restaurant.

Craft Beer lovers this is a must attend. Chef Pekka Tavela hosts Brooklyn's acclaimed chef Daniel Burns, who received a Michelin star in 2014 for his restaurant, Luksus, the first restaurant serving only craft beer and cider to receive this prestigious award. Luksus (Danish for "luxury") is a sixteen-seat restaurant hidden behind a sliding door from Brooklyn's famed craft beer bar, Tørst.
