A SkyTrain stopped at the Olympic Village station as a police incident occurred at Vancouver's Broadway-City Hall Station.

Service was temporarily suspended on the Canada Line Tuesday afternoon due to a police incident at one of the stations.

The incident, at the Broadway-City Hall station at Broadway and Cambie Street, stopped trains for a brief period at around 1:30 p.m. on March 19.

A short time later, the SkyTrain system had trains running between King Edward Station and southern stations, but no further north. Trains between Broadway-City Hall Station and Waterfront Station were suspended.

At 1:45 p.m. the trains were running the complete route again, though some delays were expected.

"Police incident at Broadway-City Hall Station has cleared," stated TransLink on Twitter. "Please expect some gaps in service as trains resume regular frequencies."

Other SkyTrain lines weren't affected by the incident or stoppage.
