When I first heard about this spot on Robson, based on the name and the location I thought this place was going to suck like the Jimmy Fallon show but everyone I have talked to has said amazing things about this restaurant.

I've been working downtown for wow....half my life. I've come along way from that first day I stepped foot into Bentall one, my cubicle is now next to a window, and more importantly I now have vast knowledge of downtown food fairs.

Have you ever wanted to eat a donut the size of your own head? If you have your dream can now become a reality..... Lee's Donuts has been a Vancouver donut destination for decades.

A couple weeks ago my friend Elizabeth and I dined at Main Street's GRUB (4328 main st) for the first time and we were both pleasantly surprised! With a smaller fixed menu and a daily fresh sheet, there is plenty to choose from.

Ever since I've known my wife she's been telling me this story about how when she lived on Fraser she "used to always go to this place near 50th Ave where you could get 4 samosas for a buck!!!". I'm always like "Man, those were the days.

The city's tastiest weed is just about in season....blackberries! I'm putting together my kit too, old snowboard gear and a step ladder. Now all I need are some spots....

If you're out in Port Moody/Poco this weekend (maybe on your way to find a street mole in Belcarra?) you should check out the Pocket Farmers Market outside the Port Moody rec centre...
