Tiko Pizza on Robson Street in downtown Vancouver has closed.

Less than a year after opening, Tiko Pizza has closed on Robson Street.

The downtown Vancouver pizza place opened in May 2024, bringing pizza slices and bubble tea to 1210 Robson St. in an area filled with small cafes and a variety of foods. They took over a space left behind by Jenjudan (aka Truedan), a Taiwanese bubble tea shop that closed down in 2024.

"Discover the perfect blend of traditional Italian pizzas and innovative bubble tea flavours at Tiko Pizza," read the restaurant's website.

Now, legal notices are posted on Tiko Pizza's doors, indicating the closure of the restaurant earlier this spring.

The notices show ongoing issues around the lease, which recently resulted in the termination of the lease. The termination of lease notification notes the tenant defaulted.

"Take notice that the landlord has terminated the lease effective April 4, 2025, and by this notice the landlord requires the tenant and any others in occupation to quit and deliver up vacant possessions," reads part of a notice to quit at Tiko Pizza dated April 11, 2025.
