To the editor: Re: "TaxiSaver changes worry seniors," June 15. The decision on the TaxiSaver program is on hold. I stated this fact at TransLink's Annual General Meeting on May 30 and reiterated it again directly with stakeholders on June 12.

To the editor: As a director working with seniors and adults with disabilities, I'm concerned about TransLink's potential plan to phase out the TaxiSaver program. It has enabled many to go out without having to plan days in advance.

To the editor: For Heaven's sake, drop the charges and let them go free. While in sanctuary, it is a type of incarceration that borders on cruel and unjust punishment.
