Believe it or not Vancouverites have only one to two weeks left to hit up local strawberry u-pick fields! Last weekend I paid only $2.00/lb which is a lot cheaper than the grocery store and you can easily pick a few pounds in a matter of minutes.

Sunday June 27th from 11:00am-9:00pm. Free street festival on W. Broadway between McDonald and Blenheim. Great food (a lot of meat) and free concerts. Free/fun stuff for kids but in years past they have had a no dog policy.
